The absolutely amazing Colosseum, Rome, Italy. Visit and experience this amazing structure, built starting in AD 72 and completed in AD 80. Seating for 50,000. Upwards of 10,000 animals were killed in a single day, not to mention numerous gladiators. This continued until the 5th century. Since then, earthquakes and general neglect have left it as we see it today.

This is a picture of the Love Locks Bridge (actually the Pont des Arts bridge) from 2012. This is where lovers could write their names on a padlock, attach it to the bridge (or to other locks due to there being so many) and toss the key in the River Seine. Unfortunately, in 2015 a major portion of the bridge collapsed into the river. From then on doing this became illegal in Paris.That is the famed Notre Dame Cathedral in the background. As you may know a fire caused heavy damage to it in 2019. Reconstruction is complete and the reopened cathedral is amazing.
